Individual Session

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, individual therapy provides a supportive environment to process your thoughts and experiences. I work with adults navigating stress, identity, life transitions, burnout, trauma, and more.

After scheduling a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit, we would complete an intake session going over specific treatment goals and the presenting issues.

After, we can determine the preferred frequency of sessions (i.e. weekly or biweekly) for individual therapy.

EMDR

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is an evidence-based approach for treating trauma, anxiety, and deeply rooted emotional patterns. If you feel weighed down by past experiences or stuck in unhelpful cycles, EMDR can help reprocess those memories and restore balance.

I offer both 60- and 90-minute sessions depending on your needs and goals. EMDR can be integrated into ongoing therapy or used as a short-term, focused approach.

Similarly to individual sessions, we would complete a free consultation and an intake to begin the process. I’ll also provide further psychoeducation on EMDR and answer any additional questions you may have.

Family Session

Therapy can be even more impactful when loved ones are involved in the healing process. I offer family sessions as needed to support my clients’ goals — whether to improve communication, address conflict, or help family members better understand the therapy process. These are collaborative sessions with a clear structure, rooted in respect and emotional safety.

During a consultation, we’ll see if I’m a good fit and determine a plan for the next few sessions. This could look like meeting with family members in their sub-units or individually to gather more information before conducting a full family session with everyone. Each family has different needs, so we’ll work together to figure out what’s best!
